No internal frame or back support
The backpack does not have any internal frame or back support, it is just floppy and can be rolled up. This fact was not in the description. If I had known I would not have bought it,

Rough, questionable quality, unfinished and looks like its made in a hurry by unskilled workers
In a word 'Rough'. Looks like parts of it are made from scrap or recycled metal. Both Bobbin holders were rough and had surface scale which I had to remove, totally unpolished with sharp edges that I had to file so they wouldn't cut thread. Bobbin winder mounted on flimsy metal sheet, amateurish finish and doesn't do what its supposed to. I had to reset the timing on my machine as it was incorrectly set and so the top thread kept being cut by the rotation of the bobbin holder. Instructions are next to useless as they don't make sense because of grammatical and spelling errors. Your only hope is going online to youtube and watching tutorials and doing rectification yourself, spending time to get it close to right. If you're not handy then beware.
