Really Stretches you!!
If you have bad hip joints, be careful.
Start out very slowly, as it really stretches your back and hips.

Fitted after a few hours work!!
0016 Piston Rings - Would not fit in ring grooves. I had to lap rings down in thickness by approx .003" so they could be used.
I cannot find any reference anywhere regarding the difference between normal Yamaha Piston Rings & ones listed as 0016 Piston Rings.
