  I received no communication from this seller. Not when I purchased, not when the item didn't arrive. Nothing. I eventually had to ask Ebay to step in as I heard nothing back from the seller and apparently neither did Ebay because they issued my refund. To this date I have yet to hear anything back from this seller - no apology, explanation. Nothing. I have no idea how this seller managed to rack up so many good reviews with such appalling service. You can draw your own conclusions.
