  I ordered a 6.3 M fibre Rod which was posted straight away and in Yodels hands that day. I hadn't received the item 5 days later it was still at the Yodel first depot. The seller offered to send me a replacement if not delivered in a few days. When it was eventually delivered no fault of the seller the item had lost some of the parts. I have been refunded in full. Great communication from the seller.

The seller was very quick to react, and because they didn’t appear to have the correct item in stock, they offered me a partial refund.
