  Packing allowed damage to saw. Top cover/carb cover was knocked off with choke rod missing & shutoff wire disconnected. Packing only involved carboard box with plastic sack on saw. Found rod under bottom of box. Finally, I asked Seller question in Message to Seller which was not answered.
