Tjernland PS1503 works well. It's a ittle picky on where and how you mount it.
Wish it was adjustable. It is a very very sensitive and I had to move it to a different location to work properly. Directions are poor at best. It worked and for the money it did it's job. Had it a couple months and so far so good. They need to spend a little time on directions for someone that is not familiar with electrical wiring. I installed an interposing relay. I have my doubts the contacts will hold up to switching a motor on and off over time.
