Easy Techniques for Self Defense (2006, DVD)
2 of 2 found this helpful This is a well presented DVD. I teach women's self defense and am always looking for the best possible techniques to incorporate into my program. I believe the best techniques are usually the simplest, with fewest moves. There are many good techniques presented in this DVD. It is easy to follow, with each technique clearly explained. If you are looking for a good, well-rounded presentation on this subject (bear in mind, this DVD, like all others on the subject, is NOT all-inclusive, but provides a good number of very effective techniques), this DVD is a good buy for your money.

Excellent adhesion and won't damage fragile skin
Excellent product. I have been doing acute wound care for several years and highly recommend this product. You will not find a better retention tape (sheet).
