It's just OK
fwiw, this is my first truly wireless ear bud so my the overall experience is new to me.Overall I am satisfied given that I got the refurbished set for $50. For the full price I would not have been happy.
Good - The sound quality is good, and have not heard any complains about voice quality during phone calls or during zoom meetings.
Not so good - Still getting used to the feel of the ear buds and working on getting the right fit. There have been times where the ear buds become loose in the ear after a period of time. So this makes have to be aware of that and keep pushing them in to make sure they are not too loose to fall off.
Bad - micro USB charging. The case leaves a lot to be desired. Sure it does what it is supposed to do but opening the case is tricky and you have to really press hard to open it. The first few times I was afraid I was going to break the lid.
