Sometimes it's cheaper to buy new old stock hardware/OS than to upgrade software for newer OS!
Decent power for a thin client, and most of all, compatible with my older but 100% capable expensive software that don't need to be re-licensed each year. It's cheaper to go this route than to buy the new windows 10 compatible version of my software that needs to be re-licensed every year. Nice safe locked down windows 7 embedded, makes this end of life OS usable for years to come.
