There was a delay with Royal Mail (this was nothing to do with the seller I would like to add) and when I raised a query on Ebay they replied to my query very quickly which was so appreciated.     Item unfortunately arrived damaged due to very poor packaging. No bubblewrap or any other protection used. This is a shame as I'm sure the CD case was in perfect condition when packed up. When you're charged £2.10 for the P&P on a CD, you'd hope it would come with at least a small amount of protective packaging (not just a DIY card sleeve). Other than that though, everything else was fine. Very fast dispatch and as described (other than the broken CD case that is!).
