We would not state to our customers that we ship to Canada if we did not have success shipping to Canada. 99% of our products clear Canadian Customs, unfortunately 1% get flagged, for what reason? We do not know. Our customers always receive a full refund via eBay and we do not receive the order back to us. Your item was not delivered and you were refunded. Thank you.
