This seller is a joke. They took FOREVER to ship. Upon receiving the crushed box (only insulated with hair dye instructions) I noticed the item was in awful condition. I purchased a highly collectible Sanrio stuffed plush. It had a strong odor of barn and moth balls. The plush was filthy, covered in dirt and even had some grass on it. Nothing like the “good condition” in listing. I contacted the seller who was unbelievable rude and threatened to give me negative feedback if I complained…
