c. 2004 user interface
The UI is clunky and buggy; it often doesn't turn off when i hold the 'power' button, and when it boots up, it opens to random windows i had never been to before. It's like Sony made this in 2004 and never bothered putting much energy into updating it. I get it: the competition with cellphones is fierce, but if they're going to market this product, they could at least give it some TLC as a follow-up
