310 is a work horse and parts still Avaliable direct from mfg
The 310 is an amazing 3d printer that can print at lightning speeds and low cost! If it turns on and motors work it can be fixed. We use one daily

no true white light
There are multiple Arrangements of the colors red green blue all on at once one of the three on two of the three or all three with various blinking however there is no way to create true white light or anything near White Light
