Rode NTK, a great mike to mod.
1 of 1 found this helpful My initial tests of the Rode NTK showed that it was a bright microphone that accentuated sibilance, which I expected. This is OK since I intend to mod this mike with a new NOS tube and a microphone-parts RK-12 capsule. This mike is a great mod platform since it is well built with top quality components. According to a couple of sources, with the new capsule and tube, it is a killer microphone.
