I DISLIKE NOT RECEIVING WHAT I BUY!
Book was purchased for a college physics class. It never arrived! And now I must wait several weeks for a claims review. This is my second bad experience this year with purhcasing college books on half.com. Buying at approximately half price would seem to be a good way to save money. But, it is not dependable and involves a great deal of extra time and expense to resolve problems.
