  Customer refuses to send pictures. I offered a full refund if they could provide them. Customer states I did not list the back of the book on the listing and that is untrue, not only did I list the back and front but I listed every corner. The book was immaculate when I sent it. Very suspicious & frankly weird. Getting eBay involved.
