I've tried to return the coat at my cost, the returned coat package traveled to Australia, back to LA and just redelivered to my house in WA. We sent the right size. Only because the coat is not as loose fit as the buyer's expectation, she requested full refund and covering her return postage. The parcel never reaches us. We are based in Brisbane and the parcel only arrived to Sydney and then returned to US.
