(UPDATED) It broke.
2 of 2 found this helpful (UPDATED) I bought it on March 11, it arrived March 16, and it broke on April 8.
Hopefully I'll get a replacement, less than a month of use isn't worth any price.

The most important parts of this product, the gears and corkscrew connector, seem to be good metal. The rest of the product - including housing and "rabbit ears" is made of lightweight plastic, so I hope it holds up well. It's done ok so far, and I see no reason why it won't last. Well, that's probably why it is 1/3 or less the price of others. The foil cutter and stand are handy, and of the same type of material.

Great smart home hub!
I was apprehensive, moving almost 20 smart devices around my home from a Wink hub v1 to SmartThings. It turns out, the SmartThings was much easier than the Wink, much faster, and with much better support. It's a win-win-win. And there's a huge amount of power just waiting to be tapped in the SmartThings, should I want to use it.

Best Fitbit ever
This replaces a Charge HR. It's as accurate as that was, with a much bigger screen that gives more information- highly customizable- and has maybe twice the battery life. I easily get a week between charges.
