Blackberry 8900 for T-Mobile Review
This phone is great for those who use this phone primarily for business, need the data plan for e-mail and messaging, but don't need all the frills (i.e. 3G, touch screen, etc.). Used on my Hotspot@Home plan, I can make unlimited UMA calling over wi-fi for free (minus the extra $10/month for the service through T-Mobile). Call quality is good, texting is a snap, and voice dialing works pretty well. The keyboard for works like a charm. There are a lot of free applications for this phone through Blackberry App World as well which make some of the phone's weaknesses (i.e. browser) less noticeable. Media player is solid, but is not anywhere near on par to something like an HTC HD2. Camera is a solid 3.2 megapixel. Screen is high resolution. This phone is almost identical to the far more expensive Blackberry 9700 without the 3G networking and sensor pad (the 8900 still has the track ball). So, if you are looking for a reasonably priced business phone with great messaging capabilities without all of the eye candy this is the phone for you. However, if you do want that eye candy, go with an HTC Touch Pro2 or HD2.

Glad I bought it
1 of 1 found this helpful I wouldn't normally purchase a wireless qi quick charger, but I was sick of having a separate alarm clock taking up space, and with the always on display for the S7 edge I wanted to try something new. Charges fast, easy to set up, and got it at a good price. Very happy.
