Great Concept - Difficult to Use

The magnets are a great concept in all ways, unfortunately the design precludes effective use. The design ignores the need to attach both parts - the space allowed for screws and/nails is so restrictive that only very special hardware can do the job. A little redesign would make these magnets top notch.

Major effort required for the input and output plumbing.

Pump was a replacement on a Gravely tractor which was some 30 years old. Delivery and price were outstanding, however, the pump fittings that were assumed to be a 1 to 1 replacement was wrong. Not certain about the population of K-241 engines, but all that I have seen and worked on have female threads for the accepting input and output fittings - most of these fittings have or are for tapered copper tubing. Some designer became cute which resulted in a bayonet type of fitting that requires the use of hoses - thus forcing a major rework of the plumbing to and from the pump. In addition the supplied fittings (special) add to the complexity. Lastly the instructions for these fittings were extremely poor. My guess this is a good pump that has been degraded by the lack of thread interface for fuel in and out. Be warned
