  My second purchase form this seller which states "Tested and working as should be" Receiving the item I tested this myself due to my last problem. It had no power output from the EZ command, or only when it felt like it, no power output from the booster which is showing in the photo on my multimeter. I was assured in a message previous to receiving this, it was perfectly ok! Put in for immediate return and was accepted immediately, and refunded with no explanation. Never again from seller!
