they work well
these vitamin C tabs do not upset my stomach but do help me with allergies which i am very thankful for and they also help to boost up your immune system which is also a great +, would recommend!

Wonderful Lightweight Moisturizer
Fantastic cream for sensitive skin and helps with wrinkle control....I've been using this cream for about 15 yrs and will continue to use it, and I do recommend it to everyone! Other women have bought this cream after seeing my face and learning my age, seriously!!!!!

it works
I use to take this product everyday for years and it really did help with allergies and digestive issues BUT i did not know that it contains SOY which i have become allergic to, so, when my latest bottle arrived, not to long ago, i had to throw it away because of the soy....if you are ok with soy then by all means take this product because it WORKS...hopes this helps
