Review
30 plus years ago when I went from amateur to pro this book was in our curriculum. I lost it some years back from flood damage. I used this book as reference very much, post culinary school. It gave me great directions. Glad to review it again in the twilight of my career.

Trust
It is just perfect for my laptop, just the right size. I have a similar one for my pc that I got years ago. Logitech is my first and only consideration in wireless mouse and keyboard! It’s a brand I trust.
