I hate to ever leave negative feedback, but this buyer had zero communication. I asked a question before buying and it went unanswered. I can definitely understand not seeing one message, so that's excusable. After buying anyway, it took almost a week to be marked "shipped". I was never given a tracking # even though the # was listed on the box. I messaged the seller about this after several days of no update and received no response. Shipping was ~$20. I should at least get my tracking info.

I never do not respond to my customers inquiries. I've been very busy new job, son graduating ect... It completely skipped my mind to respond to the question this buyer had. When i realized I hadn't responded i made every effort to do so. As I recall the question was in regard to mouth diameter. I usually do not upload tracking unless the buyer requests, upon which I pull the tracking receipt asap. This negative feedback is highly uncalled for! I do not agree!
