My Active Life is Now Complete

I have no idea how I functioned before I got my Garmin Forerunner 235. All this data that my body produces was lost, but now it is stored neatly and comfortably right on my wrist! I know how I sleep - how much I move - my heart rate - my run maps! I cant express how much I love this watch. In fact, when I take if off to charge it once a week I feel lost! If you are an novice runner - looking for an all round activity tracker - get this one.
