Under the Blacklight - Rilo Kiley
Jenny Lewis reuintes with Rilo Kiley after a wonderful effort with the Watson twins on "Rabbit Fur Coat". The new tunes pick up right where "Portions For Foxes" left off, and Jennyhas honed her writing skills to provide several musical delights for the listener. Never disappointing, Jenny is great on "Silver Lining", "Close Call', "15" and perhaps the best track on this CD - "The Angels Hung Around". Another five star effort for Rilo Kiley!!!!!

Into Paradise - Sissel
A surprise, as "Into Paradise" is quite different from previous Sissel CDs. The music and progression of songs almost make a story, as if it were a soundtrack. It does, however, showcase her amazing vocal talent. Sissel Kirkjebo is certainly a gem in the world music scene. Basically an unknown outside of her native Norway until she sang "Fire In Your Heart" to open the Lillihammer Olympic games, Sissel is now well known and always a favorite on world music radio programs.
