Finally contacted customer service, they sent seller an email. Finally heard from seller who claimed I had already gotten a refund. I did not already have a refund. Contacted eBay again and they told seller I didn’t get a refund, the seller NEVER responded, eventually I had to get a refund. Very sad because have ordered from this seller for over 7 yrs.

Dry out your throat as intended
Don't take take too many in one day. I got a sore throat as the protective mucus layer dried up.

Cheap replacement
The end came off this tail after only 30 days. The original lasted 7years.

Still going strong after a year
Thought I was going to have to toss this little drill. I was worried because of how old it was, the battery would not last long.
It holds a charge for weeks and am quite happy with this battery.
