Poor quality and ill fitting cover.
3 of 3 found this helpful Firstly, this is the one and only time I’ve written a review but due to the nature of this cover and the way it is advertised, I feel compelled to do so. Poor quality and ill fitting cover.
1. It does not fit like the item description picture. It’s a rectangular cover for a boat with a pointed bow. Really?
2. The buckle system does not work. One female buckle fitting for two male fittings? Once again really? Furthermore there was not enough buckle and straps for all the attachment points. There were no attachment points for the transom so the cover just slips off the back of the boat. Also, a minor point was that the straps were threaded through the buckles the wrong way.
3. My boat is 18.5 ft long. The cover barely covers the length of the boat. It certainly would not fit a 19ft boat.
4. This is not 600D nylon. I have been making surboard covers for over a decade using 600D nylon. This is not the same material.
5. To add insult to injury the cover arrived with a hole in it.
Overall, a completely defective and misleading product.
