Sorry, but the product doesn't work at all. What to do to get a service in ISRAEL ?? .
Hi Ebay.
I received the item at 17/05/2016.
Item ID is : 191756928267
The item is: JBL J56BT Bluetooth Wireless On Ear stereo HeadPhone
But the item is not workin.
The Problem is:
There is not power at all.
Even if I connect the USB cable the charge the JBL, nothing happens.
The light is not seeing.
Is there a service lab in ISRAEL, to fix the item.
If not, I want to return the item and get a new one besides.
I checked for a service in ISRAEL,
But they tell me that I didn't buy it in ISRAEL.
Please inform me as soon as you can, what is the next step.
The company name in ISRAEL that import tis product is : MODAN Electronics.
They refuse to fix the product.
