worth it
1 of 1 found this helpful I've purchased several headsets over the past few years, should've just started with this one and been done with it. It's comfortable, long lasting, works great with my pc. It can connect to 8 devices (2 at a time) and switches between the two very well. Oh, and the mic picks up my voice and not the whole area.

Slimline Reciever
As I mentioned in the title it's a slimline receiver - this is a requirement to fit in the space I have. I actually purchased this one off of ebay in the hopes to repair my existing one... so that should tell you I am quite pleased with it. It's only 65watts, not going to shake the house with it, but very pleased with the sound and configuration options it does have.
Pros: lots of inputs, VERY clean looks, nice remote, Onkyo Name
Cons: Speaker Terminals are spring clip type - Rather have banana jacks - perhaps there wasn't enough room, not HDMI connectors (too old)
I am confident that when it comes time to buy another receiver Onkyo will be on a very short list of possible brands: Onkyo, Dennon, Harmon Karden
