Delivery ruined product
2 of 2 found this helpful The delivery left the package outside instead of delivering inside my apartment complex's office with the rest of the packages. Therefore, any beneficial probiotics probably died in the 110°F day before I was able to get it. I am using them anyway, but my lesser probiotic that did not bake outside has made a better difference.
