Good sound but LCD Quality Problems and Weak Warranty

I purchased several Retekess V115 radios for myself and friends thinking it would be good to have. Unfortunately experience has shown that my Retekess V115 radios suffered from LCD quality control issues and I needed to replace 3 of them in short order due to defective LCD screens and random numbers that flashed on the screen and one unit simply refused to start. Finally the 4th radio died (see pics). The sound when it worked was very good and FM reception was good. MW (AM) reception) was good. Shortwave however wasn't a strong point. The V115 menu system wasn't easy to figure out because several buttons had multi purpose functionality and unless you knew how that worked it was confusing to navigate. The V115 in my experience has nice features but lacks in quality control and needs a better consumer warranty.
