Genuine product, quick postage. My only complaint is seller did not follow my request asking to mark the parcel ‘please knock on delivery’. As a result, my parcel was left in full view of the street and I had no idea it had been delivered, luckily it did not get stolen.

We emailed you twice regarding the second order to confirm that it was not a mistake because it was the same product but did not get a reply from you therefore we shipped one order and cancelled the other one just in case it was a mistake. We shipped you out the new order already a few days ago.
