Subwoofer issue

I have a question on a product I purchased I bought a soundstream subwoofer 1 15" & its I've had it prior 4 wks & its got a bad rattle 2 it I never cut my volume up to high jus up on 25 & I'm havin a issue wit it is there any way i can send it back & replace it with another one I think i did do the 2 yr protection plan
