Fixed the problem
If your grinder is starting and stoping as if you were intermittently squeezing the trigger these will fix it. 3 or 4 torx screws at the handle, then 1 screw holding ea brush in place.

What happens when it gets very cold?
If your in a climate that dips down to single and negative digits for days, this item will only melt directly under it. The photo is a little misleading with 6" of ice melt around it, maybe that pond is in Kentucky. It's been in my pond for about a week, the last four days it has been frozen in place. But on the flip side if it did have that kind of power to melt ice 6" around it, it would pull a lot more amps. This is a 200 amp model. So far it's done the job, it will be interesting to see what happens at -20 or colder...it's coming.

Buy Net Gear
After I could not get it to activate my son tried for two days. Waste of money, buy the cheapest Net Gear. Garbage, If I could give it a zero I would.
