Couldn't access, had to return
7 of 15 found this helpful Complete pain in the butt and what a waste of time. We don't buy a lot from eBay but my son really wanted this product so we went for it. It looked great when we opened the package but when we turned it on and tried to set it up to wifi, it was locked and we could not access anything without getting it unlocked...which of course we could not do. So we had to return it and are not awaiting the return of my son's money.
If electronics are going to be sent, they should be tested first to make sure they are unlocked so the new recipient can use it without hassle.
