Seller had great communication and was flexible in shipping something that was originally “pickup only”. Quick shipping and well packaged. Thank you for helping me get this for someone who really wanted it!

Motorola V180 (T-Mobile)
I have owned 5 cell phones in the last 6 or 7 years and this has probably been the best so far. To start, it has a nice, small, compact and simple design. The battery life is excellent! I dont understand the people bashing it for poor battery life, it does very well.(Compared to my Razr V3m) It gets pretty good reception, and as for the dropped calls, thats a problem with the network your on. I got a Samsung SGH T319 for free to replace this but returned it within the 2 week grace period and kept the V180. Even with a camera, the T319 was inferior to the Motorola. On the negative side, well there isnt much to say here. The ringer could be a little louder. The high gloss plastic exterior scratches easy. But I cant think of anything else. All in all, you can pick these up fairly cheap now on ebay. If you are in need of an inexpensive GSM phone with lots of features, this is the one!

Well at least it was free.
Got this phone free from T-Mobile for renewing my contract for 2 more years. (It replaced my Motorola V180.) I will be returning it within the 14 day grace period. It is a good looking phone, nice design, compact and easy to use. But there are too many 'cons'. It only comes with approximately 10 ringtones which are all horribly cheap sounding. There is no way to connect to PC.(usb or otherwise) You can't change the wording or fonts on the main lcd screen. External lcd is too dark to read unless you open then close phone so it lights up.(annoying!) I personally dislike the internal antenna, I get a much weaker signal compared to the V180. I believe T-mobile is trying to promote its 'T-Zone' pay services. Its displayed as a menu item permanently on the main screen.(they want you to download their ringtones!) Also, the battery life is below average. The camera is easy to use and takes a decent picture but there is no way to turn off the loud shutter clicking noise it makes. The speakerphone works ok but I do wish it had voice dialing. To sum things up, it wasnt bad for the price but for a 'newer' phone, its a step backwards
