Sturdy, and fit on switch, but width is not according to specs.

Built well, and the holes like up to the NetGear ProFafe GS748T switch just fine. The screws fit perfectly into the Netgear switch. However, once mounted on the switch the ears stick out further than the 19" standard width. so if your 19" rack is in a cabinet with a 19" frame opening, these ears once mounted on the switch will not fit between the verticals of your cabinet frame. That was my problem. Fortunately, I had a grinder, and was able to ground away the "too wide" ears until the slots that mount on the 19" rack were almost open instead of holes. Fortunately, the metal is sturdy enough that it did not weaken the ears too much.
