900 MHz VCO
This is an old VCO for cell phones.
Well made and has a reasonably clean output of +5dBm into 50 Ohms.
Has a mode input pin which changes frequency from 896 to 985 MHz.
Has VCO control input pin and modulation pin.

Easy to use and fit into circuit.
This a very lightweight tube about 110mm long and works fine at 400V. It can be fitted into a couple of PCB type fuse-holders. It produces a reliable background count of 29 in Manchester (averaged over 1 hour)
Recommended.

Marking.
Although not manufacturer marked I can confirm that the value is spot-on.
Just don't mix them up.
