A great.album.Some I didn't like but most were good!
I love the folk songs. For me Pay me My Money Down, Jacob's Ladder and My Oklahoma Home were outstanding! There is nothing coming through which comes anywhere near this sort of entertainment and it was a joy to listen to. Jesse James was not my choice and I don't really think he was a hero like Robin Hood!
I bought it because I saw Bruce Springsteen on a show on BBC 3 and it was great. I bought it on ebay and I have bought 2 albums the same-I gave one away to a friend 'cos I didn't have a cd player in my car. I got a new car with a cd player and I had to get another CD. I play it a lot!
I like the inter action and refrain of voices on the album as well as the piano and piano accordion and other instruments.
