Problem

I have tried always to upgrade my ram with the purchase I made from you, but alas without success, Im running on Windows 10, not sure if this is the problem?

Fast

I purchased this laptop because it had a i5 processor, and I'm not disapointed, it runs very well and is fast, it had Windows 10 installed and a lot of ram, great machine, thank you.
