Damaged Range Hood Supplied

I bought Devanti range hood RH-D-F49-60-SR. I was supplied a damaged one. See photos attached. You can also see missing bit of styrofoam that was suppose to provide protection. I had to install as is in my tenanted house to enable my tenant moving in as per our contract. Due to the dent, it did not fit in the space squarely. The impact may have damaged other components and time will tell how long this rang hood will last. The box also did not have template for hole markings. I had to create one for myself. Am not happy with supplied product given I had to meet my tenants move-in schedule and was not practical to seek a replacement.
