    Very Disappointed – CD Arrived Scratched and Unplayable. I was really looking forward to this CD, since I saw Susan Boyle on Britain got talent, but unfortunately it arrived with multiple scratches and skips. The listing claimed it was in “very good” condition, but this was far from it. Clearly not tested before shipping. Very frustrating experience – won’t be buying from this seller again.
