Good value for a well made product.
Good value for the price. Well made and robust for it's weight.
I'd like to see one whjich carried about the same as a milk crate.
It would be useful if it had a mounting point for lights for example as the cage covers the usual mounting place for tail lights. I made my own up but many would be stumped.

Good, cheap paddle for leisure use.
For the price these are good value. The angle is only slightly higher than leisurely paddling which makes it OK for working a bit harder sometimes. For such paddles anything higher would make little sense since those seeking something better for harder paddling into harsh conditions and seeking greater speed would purchase something much more expensive anyway. I never agree with having left and right options though, it merely adds confusion in an entry level product. Left handers should find no issue using a Right hand paddle since it is only an on/off thing and not proportional. The center hole giving parallel blades is pointless except for people who know nothing about paddling and who may think this is good. Better they have a right hand paddle and are thus encouraged to find out why it is so I feel. The three holes complicates things to the degree as a retailer who makes and sells kayaks, I have need to explain this feature to almost everyone, given this is an entry level product and virtually everyone is a newcomer.

Good quality and design though 4 pieces does seem a little excessive.
The angle on this paddle is perfect for leisure paddling. It is precisely what we obtained using a human subject and calipers with our own kayak model and the comfort and simplicity of use this gives is second to none when this angle is perfect. The quality of materials is good, a little better than most others I have seen around the price and the blade design is not bad. I like the added hacks used to pull oneself in to jetties and shore etc. I do find the four pieces configuration strange. A few of our customers find it useful, because they use motors and like to have the paddle stashed away out of the way but for most it seems silly and it does make for a bit more movement in the pieces than it otherwise would have. One more cut and it could fit in a pocket. It is almost like they thought it was a snake and kept cutting it with the shovel till it was dead. The length is closer to what is needed for sit-on-top kayaks also though another few centimetres wouldn't go astray.
