Natural Iron
I’ve only just started this product and I’m already feeling more energised. I have an autoimmune condition and have heard this product is good for the immune system. Fingers crossed.

Hot Flushes Improved
On the recommendation of a Naturopath l started taking Promensil. My symptoms were continual hot flushing as l was newly into menopause. It took about 2 months for improvement but well worth it for my sanity. My hot flushing reduced significantly. The product is expensive but l shopped round to find the best price. I highly recommend this product. Just be patient.

Healthy Sweetner
It actually works better than l thought in my morning cup of tea. Comparable to Stevia as well for sweetness. Could easily use it in smoothies and home made ice blocks. Good value, quality & arrived quickly. Would definitely use again😊
