Was not new as I was told. Battery does not hold up. Has a refurbished sticker on back.
4 of 4 found this helpful Poor service. Phone not good. Lies. Poor service. All I ask is for a new battery because this one doesn't hold up. Have to keep plugged in to use. Just wanted a phone that didn't die all the time. Can't use 30 minutes without charging. They want more money to replace the phone and leave me without a phone. They want trust but can't give trust. Poor service and poor service. Don't use. Bad people.
