0 of 1 found this helpful If you have a severely scratched CD you'll have to make several passes prematurely ending the life of this handheld hand-cranked device. this is only for light scratches. You get what you pay for. It should have been noted in the instructions that every pass you make with the Skip Dr you need to eject the CD and reinsert it, otherwise you will end up with vertical scratches.
