Inspiring Shark Lady
I desired to gift a “girl empowerment”story. This picture book’s content provided me that opportunity. The true story about Eugenia Clark is definitely appropriate for girls growing up today with a female Vice President!

Sandman
I received The Sandman promptly. So far, I have not entirely read it. But, I once was told the story and am now curious about the details.
I hear this short story is way more frightening than the original tale told in European Folklore. Perhaps this is why the way I was told the story made an irreversible impression.

The Blue Room is for Every Child’s Room!
I love this picture book story because it elevates the value of finding a haven in the comfort of ones own bedroom! The author is an expert with understanding of childhood and psychology. It is lovely how he utilizes the color “Blue” to lure the reader into his story. In the end, the reader feels lulled to sleep with child under the moon.
