Get what you pay for
Barely acceptable quality.
Holes misdrilled in multiple areas. If this is done on a jig then the operator must have been having a bad day or been totally negligent in their work.
Various panels warped due to what can only be assumed incorrect storage or water ingress as the box was tatty and discolored upon receipt.
Plastic part for fixing the back panels together broken upon opening the box.
Luckily enough fixings and all adequately labeled, instructions also of good quality and not printed on something the size of a postage stamp.
What should have been a 15 minute assembly took an hour and required additional tools to redrill fixing holes.
All told for the price it just about passes muster.

Good concept, could do with minor improvements.
2 of 2 found this helpful Given the lack of options in the camping world for a decent Crusader mug lid then this item fills the niche very nicely. The plastic lid that is widely available is IMO not worth the money, even though it is 1/3 of this item's price; i have melted two of them and binned them after a single trip.
Is this metal cover at three times the price worth the investment? Absolutely!
Is it perfect? Not quite.
The rolled edges are a little rough but perfectly serviceable.
The lifting ring on the top is a little small, if it was double the size it would be perfect for lifting off the mug even when wearing gloves (i do a lot of cold weather wild camping).
Small improvements granted but for the moment this item still works well.

Does what it says.
Key the paint with sandpaper and this stuff works a treat. It's not quite the nitromors of old but it's still effective enough to get the job done.
